Prior to owning the Whangarei franchise, Steve owned the West Auckland franchise from 2005 to 2013.  Steve has also worked for Versatile Homes and Buildings in several different roles since 1998.

Master Builders Guarantee*

Versatile Homes and Buildings now offer a ten year Master Build Guarantee on all habitable buildings over $25,000 constructed by Versatile.

Where the Master Builders guarantee does not apply, the following guarantees apply:

25-Year Structural Guarantee**

Versatile Homes and Buildings offers a 25-Year Structural Guarantee, which guarantees all frame and trusses for 25 years on our garages, sleepouts and houses.

5-Year Structural Guarantee**

Versatile Homes and Buildings offer a 5-Year Structural Guarantee on all farm buildings and carports.

5-Year Workmanship and Materials Guarantee**

Versatile Homes and Buildings provides a 5-Year Guarantee on all buildings we construct.
